Hey! We are Morgan Slade and Camille Johnson.  As college best friends turned business partners we decided to begin this journey together back in 2018. We are based in Nashville, TN and create all of our designs ourselves. We have loved creating and curating your closets and homes to be as magical as possible. Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia (please note all shipping to Australia has been halted by USPS. We will offer it again when it returns). Please contact us if we do not ship to your country so we can look into making it available. 

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

What about shipping?

Shipping times depend on your location. For domestic shipping, the USPS site estimates 3-5 business days. For international shipping, the USPS site estimates arrival within 7-21 business days. Please note the shipping time starts after the processing time. 

All shipments include a tracking number. Seeker & Slade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What if I received the wrong size/item/defective product?

Please contact us at hello@seekerandslade.com so that we can resolve the issue. Please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of package delivery.

What is your exchange/return policy?

We package and ship every item by hand, ensuring that you're always receiving a quality item when it leaves our door. If a product is damaged in transit, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of receiving it. We cannot make any returns or exchanges if your request falls outside the seven calendar days. We encourage you to use our sizing chart for reference before placing an order. 


What provider is used for international delivery?

USPS first class package is used for international delivery. If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it yet, please contact your local mail facility (i.e. Royal Mail). 

Who pays customs/duties charges?

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Seeker & Slade is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Seeker & Slade to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. International residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Seeker & Slade is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is made. If you have questions about your package, please contact your local post office.
